Cheshire Books is an independent bookstore located in the heart of the historic downtown shopping district of Fort Bragg, California. We are proud of our 34 year tradition of providing friendly, knowledgeable service. As a member of the community, we support our local schools, libraries, and community nonprofit organizations through generous donations or discounts. We enjoy the opportunity to support youth literacy through writing workshops and poetry slams.
We are proud that Cheshire Books is where both locals and visitors on the Mendocino Coast go for fiction and non-fiction books of all types and genres. In addition, we stock Books-On-CD's, and Large Print books. We offer out-of-print or hard-to-find book searches and ordering.
